Sangita Pal

Sangita is the Founder and CEO of the Pulsatech Solutions, responsible for the overall strategy for the Technology Services, Sales and Operations. She also leads the IT Consulting, project delivery and product development.

Sangita has more than 25 years of experience in strategic planning, delivery management, presales solutions, engagement management, Program Management and PMO. She has served in many leadership positions in leading IT firms like HCL Technologies, Tech Mahindra and Tata Infotech Ltd (TCS) across India, Europe, US, MEA & APAC regions. In the past she has extensively worked on various technology platforms in RDBMS, Enterprise Content Management & Portals, BPM, Middleware/SOA, Mobility, Analytics, BI and Cloud solutions across Industry Verticals. She has executed multiple turnkey projects successfully with her strong quantitative project management and process background. She worked as the Technology Director for the BPM delivery unit of WNS Global Services before founding Pulsatech Solutions.

Sangita is a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Jadavpur University and an MBA from the University of Leicester, UK. She is also a PMP certified Professional and Six Sigma Black Belt.
